Information for referring veterinarians:

You can use this form to refer patients in non-urgent cases. Please attach the medical report (treatment history) to the form below. We kindly ask you to forward us all relevant information (previous laboratory results, diagnostic imaging, eg. x-rays, etc.) directly to our email.

You can also forward the entire referral directly via email without the form: info@ultravet.fi.

We usually respond within 7-10 working days.

We will contact the pet owner to arrange an appointment.

All referred patients will receive a comprehensive examination report, including an interpretation of the test results as well as recommendations for further diagnostics and treatment.
